Welcome to AmplePop. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform. By using the AmplePop app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the app.

1. Who Can Use AmplePop

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for:
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or any laws.

3. Content You Share

You retain ownership of your content but grant AmplePop a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the platform
• Feature your content in marketing or promotional material

You agree not to post anything that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Infringing on someone else’s rights
• Spam, harassment, or hate speech

4. AmplePop Content

All intellectual property on AmplePop (logos, videos, software) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which promote respectful and lawful behavior. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Content uploaded by users or third-party links
• Your use of or reliance on any content

Use AmplePop at your own risk.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AmplePop, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the app or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
